On December 31, 2025, the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (SPC) rendered final judgments in the intellectual property infringement litigations filed by our company (Guangdong Dongtai Hardware Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) concerning our core invention patent "Detachable Locking Mechanism for Drawer Slides and Side Panels" (Patent No.: 201310093010.X) 【Case No.（2024）最高法知民终 1075 号、（2024）最高法知民终 1076 号】. Prior relevant litigations have also been supported by effective judgments 【Case No.: （2021）最高法知民终 1727 号】. The SPC ultimately determined that the acts of producing and selling the relevant products by the involved enterprise constitutes patent infringement, and ordered the infringing party to pay a total of RMB 1.4 million to Dongtai Company as compensation for the infringement. This demonstrates the country's clear attitude of firmly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of innovative enterprises.
To implement the effective judgments and maintain a fair market order, our company hereby issues the following statement:
1. The relevant infringing enterprise shall immediately cease manufacturing, selling, and offering for sale the infringing products involved in the case, destroy the inventory of such infringing products, recall the infringing products already in circulation, strictly prohibit the import and export of the infringing products, and shall not engage in any form of act infringing upon the aforementioned invention patent.
2. We kindly request all relevant distributors/dealers to take note: immediately cease importing, selling, and offering for sale the aforementioned infringing products, or return the involved products to the manufacturer in accordance with the law. Additionally, completely remove from shelves and destroy the existing inventory of the infringing products to avoid legal consequences arising from involvement in infringement and safeguard your own legitimate rights and interests.
